What type of home do you want?

Single family, condominium or town home are some of the more popular types. There are advantages and disadvantages to each type of home. If you are unfamiliar with the types of homes, call me and we'll go through them.

How much home can you afford?

Understanding how much you can afford may have an influence on the area and type home you should look for. You may want to start by contacting a mortgage company to review the mortgage types available and get pre-approved for your loan amount. If you need a referral to a mortgage company, contact me directly. I'll be happy to recommend a few.

Evaluate what is available.

Once you have some basic knowledge of your home needs, you can use my San Antonio home search which includes most homes in the area. You can map each property to see where it is located and get more details about each property. When you find properties of interest, simply email a copy of any listing to anyone.
